Policies for Seaside Suites

Please, review our policies (below) prior to making a reservation with us at Seaside Suites.

SEASIDE SUITES POLICIES

We look forward to having our guests at Seaside Suites and want everyone to have a great vacation. We have implemented the following policies to ensure that all guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. We thank you in advance for being respectful to all our guests and our property while you vacation with us.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due one day prior to arrival.

Check-in Procedure:

We provide our guests with contactless self check-in. The entry code and link to online check-in will be provided on the day of your arrival. Please check your mail on the day of your arrival for details.

All rates are based on occupancy listed for each unit. Surcharges & minimum stays may apply for weekends, holidays and special events and are reflected in our prices. Occupancy cannot exceed maximum amount of guests listed for each suite.

Parking and Visitors:

Parking is limited. We can only accommodate 1 car per room accomodating 4-6 people and two cars for larger suites accommodating up to 10 people. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Off site parking lots are available in town for a fee.
We do not offer visitor parking. Visitors must leave by 10pm.
Arriving in an oversized truck, we only have a few designated spots. A smaller vehicle will offer many more options.

Sorry we don't allow pets or smoking in our units. There is NO smoking of any substance on our property.

High speed internet is available throughout the property.
Parking lots and publc areas of the property are under video surveillance. All video recordings belong to Seaside Suites and can be used for law enforcement, marketing and applying charges for additional guests not registered at the time of check-in.

Other Iitems:
We offer grills in our BBQ area next to the laundromat. This is the only area allowed for grilling/cooking per fire marshall's orders. Open until dusk.

Candles, incense, essential oils, etc. are prohibited.
We are not equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. Plugging in to our outside outlets is prohibited.

Please bring plenty of sun block, beach toys and beach towels and prepare to have a great time!

Refunds:
  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
  • If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival for any reason, including inclement weather, cancelled events. We also do not refund for early departures or eviction.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee.

3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
